2:45 – Next up is a Getting Things Done by David Allen to give you a system to help de-clutter and de-stress you from all the stuff constantly flying in your face.
4:34 – Simon Sinek’s “Start with Why” book is next up on my list to help your remote team members connect with your firm on a deep level even though everyone’s working from a distance right now.
5:34 – Last up: Ron Baker’s “Implementing Value Pricing”. People are tighter with their money right now, you need a good argument about why your services make sense and the price you’re charging, which revolves around value and upfront pricing.
