What To Include in Your 3-Tiered Packages

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’m a big advocate for the 3-tiered pricing strategy.

In this episode, I share some recommendations on what to include in each of the tiers.

Listen below.

0:32 3-tiered packaging is when you create Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans for your service offerings, bundling specific features into each. Clients then choose the option that best fits their needs.

1:08 The framework and strategy apply no matter what type of firm you run. The key is to include your sweet spot services in each package.

2:19 My preferred framework breaks each package into three subcategories: services, support, and technology. It keeps things clear and easy to structure.

2:49 We want to limit support in the lower-tier packages to protect the firm’s time and keep resources focused where they provide the most value.

3:01 The key is differentiation. To encourage clients to move up to premium plans, you need to make each tier as distinct as possible.

3:54 For example, your Bronze package might include email support only, Silver adds calls, and Gold offers Slack access to your team.

5:12 A strong packaging strategy comes from thinking creatively. Focus on what your clients truly value and build your packages around that.
